For larger groups organizing a teambuilding event or similar activity at their own location, or for groups wanting a special teambuilding session at our course (e.g., with a food truck). On request, we can set up a pop-up disc golf course on-site and/or provide additional support.

What's included?

• We bring portable disc golf baskets (and discs) and set up a fun mini pop-up course at the available location before the activity begins.
• A short introduction to disc golf with basic rules and techniques.
• Full guidance and supervision during the activity.
• A fun team photo afterwards.
• Option to personalize discs with your company logo as a gift for participants (must be ordered at least 6–8 weeks in advance due to coordination with an external supplier).
• Option to host your event at our course with added services such as catering or an additional activity before or after disc golf.

Where?

Anywhere in Flanders where an open field is available, or in a wooded area with minimal pedestrian or cyclist traffic. Please check with the location in advance to ensure this type of activity is allowed.

Pricing

Prices depend on duration, travel distance, number of instructors needed, and number of participants. Because this is tailor-made, we can only provide a price quote upon receiving the necessary details from you.

General Conditions

• For larger groups of at least 20 participants.
• Location must be somewhere in Flanders (travel cost per kilometer applies).
• A 50% deposit is required to finalize the booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to two weeks before the activity.
• Cancellation within two weeks: the 50% deposit is retained.
• Participant numbers can be adjusted up to one week before the activity.
